Immediate care ? That's a joke. You could die in the waiting room. Chicago location on Western Ave. You are better off just going to the emergency room.
Very poor service at front desk very rude not helpful
I checked in at 2:13 PM. There was four people in front of me. I was called back at 4:10!!!! And I am still in a room!!! It is now 6:45! I have been prepped for surgery had surgery and been out of recovery and headed home in less time! This is absolutely the worst worst worst!
Second time now that I have encountered rude staff at your Elgin location.
They prescribed the wrong medicine to my 3 rd year. I call so many times, still haven't call me back. Norridge location
Long wait even after scheduling an appt on a Sunday. Online said 20 mins and when I called they stated the wait was 20 mins However, I have been waiting upwards of 40 mins for my appointment. It’s absolutely terrible. I’ve been here unfortunately multiple times for an employer screen and dread coming back each time.
