Excellent service at the Physicians Immediate Care center. Had to go there least week for three of four individuals in our household and had to go in three times for one of us. Each time the service was excellent, great follow-up, patient and helpful.
I didn't have much of a wait maybe 15 minutes,then when I got in the back a girl ask for information on a laptop,then the dr.came in .he thoroughly checked me out and gave me a prescription and I was on my way>very satisfied.
I went for the 1st time when I cut my hand at UPS. From the first visit, I was pleased with the service. I had to go back for a recheck and got the same service! The staff was awesome!
I walked into this South Loop office on a Sunday morning. I thought I had broken my finger, but I wasn't sure. I was greeted by a friendly and professional receptionist. I was called within 20 minutes of arriving. The X-ray technician took the X-ray of my finger. The doctor wasn't extra friendly, but he was pleasant and professional, notified me that my finger was broken! He gauzed/taped my finger to the splint. My practitioner lady was so nice, so caring, so knowledgeable, I wish she could be my primary care doctor forever! 100% happy.
I am very happy with Urgent Care Clinic. Friendly service and kind assistance. They took care of my Cyst gently. They were very respectful and helpful. I'd go to them before ANY ER in my county. They're an awesome team!! Kristin the Patient Services Rep deserves commendation and a raise, she was awesome the entire process.
It was fast and easy. They also called to check in a few days later
