I absolutely love location in both Orland Park and Frankfort. The appointments are easy for online reservations and the staff is very though. If you can't get into your doctor they are the best place to get help for all types of illness and injuries.
Please do not go to the Elgin location! Went there for a screening and not only was I treated like a common criminal, but the restroom where the screening is held is filthy and if that restroom looks like that, I would hate to think about all of the disgusting germs that are probably all over that facility!
Visited Frankfort, IL facility a couple of times and was extremely satisfied. From the receptionist to the Physician and the Physician Assistant all very professional. I was also impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms.
If you need a caring urgent medical team! This is the place to go! Very professional and knowledgeable! They are truly concerned about your urgent medical care. My new friends!
Went to Belvidere location on May 12th for dog bite. No waiting, punctures had already healed over but as precausion was still given a prescription for antibiotic.
I went to Physicians Immediate Care due to debilitating muscle spasms in my lower back. They assessed and took x-rays as well. I was given some meds to fill at the pharmacy and told to follow up with a particular physician. Unfortunately the physician they referred me to is retiring and not taking new patients. The office said I couldn't get into see anyone for at least 4 days.
