I could not get in to see my primary doctor and I came to Physicians Care. I was treated fairly soon. Staff was courteous and helpfull. Check out was very easy. I would reccomend to anyone who needed medical treatment.
I was apprehensive when I first went to Physician Care with a fever because I expected the Dr. to just say "sleep it off". This was not the case. I was tested for the flu (negative: Thank you Jesus!), give a shot of steroids and very good prescriptions. I feel better now!
I recently took my sister to the Sherwood urgent care as she was complaining about abdominal pain. I recently visited the Sherwood Urgent Care in Conway, AR. I waited a while (which was expected) and then when the nurse came and got me she was a little rude. (Probably having a bad day) the doctor came back, that was fine, and then I went to check out. This woman was the most rude person I have encountered in a while!!! The staff could not have been more spectacular. The wait was to be expected, but I was in and out in an hour. Receptionists, nurses, and doctors were all in a great mood and treated me with respect and appropriate haste. They listened to my needs and gave me great treatment. Even being as sick as I was, I walked out of there in a good mood.
What a rude staff(nathatha?) She so so mean. Don't visit. I asked her Wi-Fi password She said they don't have Wi-Fi anymore. Great service.
Recently switched from Primecare Walk In Clinic to this place and I will never go back! So impressed with the friendliness of the staff, the time they take with you, and the comfort and understanding they have always provided me!
I only put 1 star because I had to. This place should be called "physicians don't care" . I came in for chest pain and shoulder pain that had gone from bad to worse over night and I wanted to get an order for an mri scan. My nurse practioner was Autumn Redmund. When I told her my symptoms she barely looked at me and didn't seem to care that I was in pain. I didn't even get a smile out of her when I tried to lighten the air with a joke. I have been going to this urgent care for over a year. This past week was the first time I've ever had to wait very long. Them billing like a PCP actually does me a favor, saves me $15!!!
