The staff was very nice.whenever there was a problem with my insurance they explained to me.what was wrong and told me how I could correct it so I could be seen that day. It was probably one of the easiest Dr visits I've ever had.
I liked the office, though the receptionists seemed a bit put off by my self-pay status as I don't have insurance. When I tried to discuss other options than a CT scan for diagnosing what I assume was a kidney stone, I was belittled and dismissed. Overall, I felt like the staff was unfriendly and begrudging of their care. There was one nurse that was friendly and I wish I could remember her name so that i could give her proper credit, but the rest of the staff was generally off-putting. I could not get in to see my primary doctor and I came to Physicians Care. I was treated fairly soon. Staff was courteous and helpfull. Check out was very easy. I would reccomend to anyone who needed medical treatment.
I was apprehensive when I first went to Physician Care with a fever because I expected the Dr. to just say "sleep it off". This was not the case. I was tested for the flu (negative: Thank you Jesus!), give a shot of steroids and very good prescriptions. I feel better now!
I recently took my sister to the Sherwood urgent care as she was complaining about abdominal pain. We waited for 3hours and when we finally got to see the doctor, her face expression wasn't showing any kind of compassion, it seems like she was mad to see both of us in the room waiting, she barely greeted us with real mean face.when the nurse told her that I was there to translate for my sister( she is visiting the country) she threw me a slight apology..she took about 5mins to check my sis and decided to run some tests, we h... read more

The staff could not have been more spectacular. The wait was to be expected, but I was in and out in an hour. Receptionists, nurses, and doctors were all in a great mood and treated me with respect and appropriate haste. They listened to my needs and gave me great treatment. Even being as sick as I was, I walked out of there in a good mood.
