Front desk people were thorough and made sure communication was correct. Nursing staff was friendly and professional makeing me feel comfortable. Doctor was very observant and did the job correctly without question.
As someone who was new to the area and without a primary physician, I went to Physician's Care due to finding some poison ivy. The doctor was thorough, kind, professional and someone who listened to what I had to say. I very much appreciate those things in a physician and the office was clean and we'll maintained with a polite staff. I would recommend this group to my friends or family.
The staff is always nice and attentive when I have to come in. Which during this season is frequently.
Staff was great. I was in and out in a timely manner. Took care of everything I needed. I would definitely recommend this facility.
While the wait times can be a bit lengthy when busy, for the cost of service, the care received, and hours available, Physicians Care provides a much appreciated service to our area! The Doctors & Nurses are trustworthy, knowledgeable, and provide quality care my family has utilized many times over the 17 years we have been here. Grateful to have them available!
Clerical staff was friendly and helpful, the nursing staff was professional and did a thorough job setting me up for the Dr visit. He made his diagnosis, and I was on my way. Overall great job.
Dr. Gartman was absolutely wonderful! His staff was friendly and polite, and everyone answered my questions and made me feel comfortable and at home. I used the online check-in, and I didn't even have to wait very long! Maybe 20 minutes, tops! I really recommend online check-in to avoid long wait times.
The overall experience was great and the staff are very professional. It took less than 40 minutes from the time I checked in until I was leaving the office.
