The staff is always nice and attentive when I have to come in. Which during this season is frequently.
Staff was great. I was in and out in a timely manner. Took care of everything I needed. I would definitely recommend this facility.
While the wait times can be a bit lengthy when busy, for the cost of service, the care received, and hours available, Physicians Care provides a much appreciated service to our area! The Doctors & Nurses are trustworthy, knowledgeable, and provide quality care my family has utilized many times over the 17 years we have been here. Grateful to have them available!
Clerical staff was friendly and helpful, the nursing staff was professional and did a thorough job setting me up for the Dr visit. He made his diagnosis, and I was on my way. Overall great job.
Dr. Gartman was absolutely wonderful! His staff was friendly and polite, and everyone answered my questions and made me feel comfortable and at home. I used the online check-in, and I didn't even have to wait very long! Maybe 20 minutes, tops! I really recommend online check-in to avoid long wait times.
The overall experience was great and the staff are very professional. It took less than 40 minutes from the time I checked in until I was leaving the office.
They staff did the best they could until a second Dr made it. Overall not a bad experience. I would recommend them.
I have used Physicians Care services for Primary Care several years now and am very satisfied with the level of care I receive. I recommend them to anyone looking for primary care
Good, clear website and really like using ZIPPASS to set and appointment. Was seen within 10 minutes of arrival. Staff at the desk was kind, efficient, clear and helpful. Staff in the clinic were professional, courteous, proficient, sympathetic. It was a comforting, helpful visit.
