I was fine the staff and dr. The only problem I had was the 21/2 + hrs wait. I came at lunch and the was a long waite then, came back at 3:30ish and still waited.
I have worked in an urgent care center in the past and I found Physicians Care to be a well run, efficient and caring organization.
Physician's Care is a wonderful, friendly, Caring, Clean Facility. They helped me in my time of need in fact the same day that I visited there I changed my primary care doctor to Physician's Care. I definitely will recommend this place in fact I have already told my family about Physicians Care and they are thinking about switching their primary care doctor now.
The staff was courteous and helpful. I needed an X-ray which they were able to handle on site since they have a tech and the equipment. I would recommend.
I have always had good experiences when visiting Physician's Care-Hixson...always courteous & nice reception and the Drs are very thorough...
Pretty good overall experience. The staff was friendly and the doctor I saw was good. I will definitely go back again.
If you need blood drawn....this is the place to go. That gal is great!!!! The NP I had was excellent too! They lost a star because of the person who called back with test results.
Had a second visit for a follow up and everything went very smoothly. The staff is very friendly. I highly recommend Physicians Care. The hours are great!
It is always good to know that if I need to seek medical attention outside of regular doctor visits, that I can count on Physician's Care to be attentive, involved and helpful. The staff are always pleasant and always willing to answer any question I may have. Thank you!
