Having moved from RI to Mystic since retirement last year, I have never been to such a well organized clinic before! Thank you for your compassion and personal attention from the receptionist, clinician and my doctor. I highly recommend your facility to anyone needing urgent treatment.
Extremely rude staff, unhelpful, doesn’t know what are they doing and treat people as dirt. If someone has a choice - go elsewhere.

RecommendedI have used Physician One in Groton a few times when my PCP wasn’t available or on a weekend. I make an appt on the website and it’s very easy. They are professional and courteous and the facility is very clean. The providers are kind, thorough and attentive. I appreciate having them close by!
