Very disappointed, poor customer service and communication. After being sold a fast, accurate service we're still chasing our urgently required plans for corrections to meet required standards. Our first draft was full of errors and mistakes needing multiple corrections. Lost our buyer due to the delays. Ben took photos and a video of our penthouse studio in a listed building and he did an extremely good job. His photos are taken with great artistic skill and give an excellent impression of the size of the space from different angles. He went to great lengths to show the original features and added a 360-degree video of each room (studio space, bathroom, kitchen, dining area and balcony) which gives a very impressive demonstration of the space and character of the apartment.
