Had an extremely disappointing experience. The staff member we dealt with was not only dismissive but completely lacked any sympathy or care. When I explained where I was feeling pain, she dismissed it by saying it was my pelvic area, not my abdomen – as if that somehow invalidated my experience. I made it clear where the pain was, yet she showed zero willingness to investigate further.
