Sadly - after a few years of leaving a previous 5 star review. I've had to review it and downgrade to 2 stars. Whilst Phoenix did initially provide a roof repair to my house - I have recommended them to several friends and family - all of whom have contacted Shaun and I have also contacted them directly for more work - but all have been ignored. I like to use local firms - but if they just can't be bothered to respond, then what's the point.

I could not fault Shaun and his team. They were responsive and kept us very in the loop with what they were doing. Communication was incredible, customer service flawless, exceeded all expectations and we will be using them again if we need a roofer. Thank you!!!
Did a solid job. Good comms, knowledgeable, good price and a great finish on the roof. Have recommended to others and will use again.
If you want friendly professional roofing done at very competitive prices, just ring these guys. Honestly couldn't recommend them highly enough. You can tell they've been in business for a while, they certainly know their roofing. Thanks Shaun.
