I was served an eviction notice by Phoenix, because my landlord had to sell, a week later Phoenix were advertising the property for rent again. At the tribunal it came out that Phoenix had lied to me, and had also lied to the landlord. Deal with Phoenix at your own risk, you may find yourself homeless. One of the “positive” reviews here is from a relative of the owner.
