From start to finish cannot praise Tony enough. Great communication, very quick service, thorough survey with all the info I needed to make the right decision, excellent value for the peace of mind - just wish the rest of this stress filled buy/sell was as easy!!! Seriously, top marks and very happy customer.
If you are looking for a detailed and honest survey, then Tony is your man! From the outset, quick to respond to my request, very accommodating to juggle his schedule and his turn around time to submit his report is excellent. The report is in user friendly language and he explains everything. Followed up with a phone call consultation and REFUSED to charge me:) Service from start to finish is 10/10.
