Cannot recommend Phoenix Install highly enough - we asked for plumber recommendations on the Aylsham Facebook page and their name appeared numerous times - so glad it did. Dale (and Chris) have just replaced my entire antiquated water and heating system - every pipe needed replacing, a major task which I expected to cause a great deal of upheaval. Dale replaced our oil boiler with a new gas invented system. He and the team were happy to move and disassemble a wardrobe, lift a carpet, lay pipework beneath floorboards and through a supporting beam. All aspects of the old system removed, brickwork patched up and full installation of the system completed on time with no problems. He then explained the operation of the system, it's design and basic steps to take for troubleshooting. I was incredibly impressed with his hard work and performance. Thank you very much.
Dale and his colleague responded within 24 hours to come and assess and completely service my boiler, which was making an awful noise and was a concern. He explained what the problem was, with clarity completing the job rapidly. Highly recommend Phoenix install, if you want a job done well and don’t want to worry!
Dale deserves 6 stars! We’ve recently moved into a flat and had to replace the boiler. It was not straightforward to sort out! Dale came round quickly, sorted out the problem, negotiated with the management companies involved and went above & beyond what we would have expected, staying cheerful & professional the whole time. We had a problem with our boiler and we’re let down by the company covering the boiler leaving us without heating or hot water. Dale and his company were recommended to us by a neighbour and what a great recommendation that turned out to be I contacted Dale and he managed to get see us the same day between jobs he had on. Upon his inspection identified the flue to have a number of seal issues .
