Absolute CON MAN, do not buy anything car off this man. Said he changed my Wet belt of which I paid more for, my car is now scrap because the wet belt ripped apart because it had not been changed. I'm now down £5500 down because of this rip off merchant.
I part exchanged a Juke in April for a Ford Focus. From the get go there were issues. It went in twice to be fixed and both times I was assured it was sorted. I rang the office within my 3 month warranty period asking for a refund as the 'Engine malfunction service now' light kept coming on (one of the reasons I had taken it in!). Good selection of cars, all very clean and in great condition, made it very difficult to chose. All the team were friendly and polite. Will definitely be back in the future.
