I visited Phoenix Diagnostic Centre for medical check up as part of my Insurance policy process. The centre is very near to OMR, is clean and calm. Display notices and ambience were very professional. The staff were very understanding and compassionate. The ambience was professional. The equipments, restroom and seating were clean. They used new kits. The a/c in TMT room and the person who facilitated this, kept me composed throughout the check up. Thanks to Phoenix and its staff.

Visited phoenix diagnostic for blood tests and scan My experience was very disappointing and bad 1. we were the first to visit the centre at 4 pm, the reception staff was keen in collecting money but didn’t communicate about the services we waited for long no systematic appointments very disorganised. 2. Place is not clean for the price. 3. Radiologist was more rude and not polite 4.
