Visited phoenix diagnostic for blood tests and scan My experience was very disappointing and bad 1. we were the first to visit the centre at 4 pm, the reception staff was keen in collecting money but didn’t communicate about the services we waited for long no systematic appointments very disorganised. 2. Place is not clean for the price. 3. Radiologist was more rude and not polite 4. The center co-ordinator Ms. Sowmya has assisted in taking a routine medical test for our child. She patiently cleared the doubts we had, highly knowledgeable in the subject and assisted accordingly. Thank you for your patience.
Very professional and the staff are helpful, kind & friendly in attending to you and your diagnosis. I had a condition that I was unwell with & other places suggested that I do 3 different types of blood tests to diagnose the issue simply complicating the process however @Phoenix they suggested the exact test that I need to undergo. They were sharp and to the point on what had to be done. Excellent!!
Vignesh did a home check up for me. Blood test, ecg. It was very smooth and we'll handled. Thanks to him, he was very calm
