Absolutely thee worse place to send your sick child and need of a "safe haven" help. My almost 5mo came in with a temp of 103. They check and say 102. Run test to turtore her and get neg. Results not knowing the problem but want to treat her with meds and UNTIL I SPOKE UP they FORGOT the reason I was there for her TEMPERATURE which was 104.5 after my request FINALLY give her a dose of Tylenol and still playing the waiting game AND TELLING ME THEIR STILL SENDING ME HOME WITH A BABY 5MO WITH A TEMP OF 104.5 HOME!!!!! This place shouldn't be call an urgent care. Took my 2y old with an open wound, waited there in the room for over an hour, when I went to ask what's going on the nurse told me that I needed to wait until the surgeon call them back! I was like really this is ridiculous� don't waist your time going to this location!
Stupid nurse practitioner I saw today did nothing for my son. Just told me I need to go back to banner instead of helping me son. Won't be back again. Will be contacting her supervisor.
The people who worked in the front desk today sucked they just sat around talking and watching videos and giggling. While my one year old it throwing up all over the floors and her self they took there time to get someone to clean it up. And when she finally came to clean the throw up, up she whipped it down then just walked away. She throws up again and front death people yell at me for not having something to get the throw up in.
