Thanks for closing the door on us tonight and refusing to help my daughter. We called ahead and made it at 10:59. We saw you close the door and still wouldn't let us in after agreeing you would if we made it by 11. My 4yr old daughter had an allergic reaction and wasn't breathing strong, it wasn't life threatening yet but we needed help and made it on time. Staff was nice but they take for ever once your in a room !!! Dr. Did a test said it would take 10 min never came back I came out and said I was leaving gave me discharge papers and left!! I don't recommend it this urgent care
