Seemed like a great place, we were called back after 30min. We have now been sitting in this exam room waiting for someone to see us for almost 2 hours!! I just went out and asked if we were going to be see soon and the lady at the desk was rude and said " well we're a full house right now so he should be seen soon". Don't waste your time here, you could go to the ER and probably be seen faster.
The staff was good , but the doctor that saw my daughter needs a new career. Not only was she rough and hurt my daughter but what type of doctor tells you that a high fever is not dangerous? Smh. Also how are you going to say don't give her anything for the fever? She's a baby and we took her there to get treated not for you to tell us that you think she has a virus and to just ride it out. They were on point when it came to my girls. Went to my PCP for my girls and they just told it was a virus that they would be ok. That same night I took in to pcu and the tested all of them and it came back positive for strep for all of my girls. I wish they had PCP for pch here in Mesa!
The medical team here is amazing taking care of the communities youngest patients!
Just a really nice place. Almost always on time. I have never had to wait longer than 5 minut
