overall in the service department it seems that philpott believes they are doing you a favor by their mere existence. two visits several months apart I have seen this attitude. I now use bj ford in Liberty. it is MUCH easier to keep a customer than to get one back.
I had the worst experience here do not recommend this place they told us if we didn’t like the car we could go somewhere else we where wasting their time. To top it off we wasted the whole day there!
