I don't know why Philpott Service would want me to complete a survey, when I have yet be scheduled for a recall I reported a month ago. First call was never returned, they said my voicemail was full...it was not and I did not have any missed calls. Second call said they were needing my mileage, that was 2 weeks ago. I purchased my Explorer from Philpott and bought an extended warranty from Philpott. I can't say I'm a fan of Philpott's service department.
A shout out to Keegan Johnson, Philpott Service Specialist. I experienced a problem with my Ford F-150. When I say that Keegan exceeded my expectations, that is truly an understatement. Keegan was personally involved in assuring that my vehicle received the necessary attention and was properly repaired. He was engaged and kept me posted as to the progress of the repair. The key to my truck broke today. It was an emergency to replace it due to my hectic schedule. They were able to get a new key, reprogram it and send me on my way 15 min before closing. I appreciate the effort on a Friday afternoon!

I & My Husband Chris Craft have not been here, We live in Ragley, Louisiana, but I just wanted to say "Hi"!
