Hit the road construction and my truck started making a crazy noise,pulled in here at Philpott Ford. They got to me as soon as I pulled in. Test drove my truck,found the problem and fixing it now. A rock between brake caliber. Great service,friendly people. Deshaun Is a really great guy,kept me informed all the way. Way to go,I will be doing all my business there. Thank you all so much.
Bait and switch change the price whenever it was time to sit down and sign papers. ridiculous
Ford service department is amazing they’re fast and very nice. Love going in for warm baked cookies and a nice conversation while I wait for my oil change. I’ve bought two vehicles from Philpott ford and I couldn’t be more pleased with them.
Lisa in used cars did excellent job on making sure I was taking care of..still waiting on few we owes to be finished service was slammed due to flood but I believe she will get it fixed.very happy with suv
