Will never buy another vehicle from here. since I've had my truck it's been to the shop 5 times in a year. There service department is horrible, always saying nothing is wrong when I've had the same complaint every time. Now my truck is forced to go there once again with a failing engine. Service advisor never calls you or returns your call. Wouldn't recommend Philpott Ford to anyone.
RecommendedJust had some work done on the F350. Stacy is a great service advisor. They done everything we asked in a timely matter. Everyone was very helpful. Thanks again.

The staff at Philpott Service department were courteous and friendly! They were upfront and honest every step of the way! I would definitely go back to have my vehicle serviced.

very fast and polite staff
This is the worst dealership I have ever used!!! They are crooks and liars!!! Stay clear of these idiots!!!
I always have my service work performed on our trucks at Philpot. Their service department is top notch. The technician that worked on my wife's truck when we had to have the motor replace was very knowledgable and came out and talked to us each time we went to check on it. I think his name is Cory and I hope he is the one that works on our trucks each time.
