Best lil desert tasting and vibing spot and I think they should expand their business throughout Philly first and then world wide if possible

I really liked everything about Philly Flavors. When I went I had 4 children who all wanted something different but wasn't sure what exactly they wanted. The customer service was excellent (which sadly these days is rare). The sales associate got evryone's order together and was very kind about the children being indecisive. I will be a Lifetime customer.
Absolutely love the customer service to top off amazing ice cream
