Great Place For Water Ice And Desserts
Amazing! We had the strawberry shortcake!!!! Out of this world!

Line was at the door but only 1 cashier working. Pretzel qas cold and hard. I was not impressed.
I’m getting sick of the service!! I used to love Philly Flavors from the original one on 13th & Pine.. However, now the Fairmount location is near my residents! My past 3 visits have been horrible! Today, I just waited 30 minutes for 3 small water ices! I was patient up until two people that ordered after me got their items before me! Service was ok; didn’t have no ice cream or anything else that included ice cream available their homemade ice cream tasted like salt
Disappointed, long slow lines, they were “out of” many flavors (some were listed as ‘out’ others you didn’t find out until you ordered). I was annoyed that my water ice was rung up at a higher price than listed on the menu taped to the door and walls.
