The past 2 years have been great. I went in for the first time this year and things were not good. Your cashier girl mumbled and had no personality. My sister bought a kids vanilla cone and was charged $3.50. I asked for a vanilla cone, did not specify a size, with chocolate jimmies. I was given the same size come and was charged $4.59. Was I charged $1 for hard, tasteless jimmies? There are too many ice cream places in the city to be unsatisfied at your store.
We stopped here on a cold day so there was no line. The cashier was very friendly and offered helpful suggestions and recommendations. I went with his idea and was so pleased! The mint chocolate chip was SO GOOD. Not the fake mint extract flavor and super vanilla-y. Excellent!

Expensive. Refused to put hot fudge on my friend's cone.
Ate my “purple” birthday cake and after I ate it, sat on the toilet for 10 minutes, constipated. The best part is.. I don’t think I’m done on the toilet... the people in the bad gives big scoops tho.

This place is a scam , I been working there 7 months and he fired me soon as it started getting cold outside and cheats everybody out of their pay and hires a whole bunch of illegal immigrants..... it’s filthy mice and roaches in the back
I was truly disappointed with my sugar cookie/strawberry cream cheese ice cream sandwich. The ice cream was frozen like a rock, the cookie was hard, and instead of putting my ice cream sandwich in a container it was wrapped in plastic wrap. The cashier was overwhelmed and he should not have been taking orders and filling orders at the same time. ���������������������������
