A very pleasant experience with the pretty helpfull staff at costumer service at PNB Singapore branch. All the inquiries are explained clearly with the big sweet smile even though im a bit makulit because i ask lots of questions. Very slow costumer service...no one pick up the calls even in the e-mail...poor costumer service and arrogant staff...Just close the Singapore Pnb lol...regret to open an account here...
Very bad cotumer services experienced. Calling their phone office was always busy and no one answer for 30mins waiting. So bad experienced.
Guy teller is very arrogant shouting at me! Nag papahiya kayo ng mga customers how dare kayo.. Nakaka imberna ang mga empleyado jan.. huwag na kayong mag trabaho jan kung pangit mga ugali nyo.. hndi nyo bagay mag customer service..
