Appalling customer service! I placed an online order on 30/01/26 and am STILL waiting for it or even an explanation as to what’s happening. The tracking is showing that it ‘stuck’ in a mail depot and has been since 1st Feb. I contacted customer services MULTIPLE times and the first time they said a replacement order was on its way. When that didn’t arrive, they said I had to wait 72hrs. It’s now been a couple of weeks and after contacting customer services again and again, still nothing. For the second time, a parcel is lost via DPD delivery, IQOS cannot solve the problem. DPD steal these deliveries. This company doesn’t solve the problem. I do not recommend using this service. Just a headache.
Disgusting they don’t even solve your problems customer service is rubbish
