My husband and myself found dealing with the team from Philip Martin absolutely amazing. So helpful and friendly in a situation when a property was creating a lot of interest. I’m planning to buy a property in Cornwall , my house is about to go on the market , and have been able to view various properties through different helpful estate agents but sadly with Phillip Martin estate agents they won’t let me view properties until I have an offer which is what was happening in Covid times but we are well past that now !! There seems to be a lot of properties for sale on there website for some time now not moving at all , no price reductions , they really need to let people view them to be able to buy ... read more
