In 2025 and 2026, Elowen (and team) from Philip Martin helped me both sell and buy houses in the Newquay area. I couldn’t be more impressed with their professionalism, including helping with the navigation of some tricky issues. I would highly recommend them to sellers and buyers alike.

USELESS! Requested a viewing via email and phone, nothing no response? We were told they had staff on holiday? What a useless bunch, I am sure the sellers would be very happy to learn of our experience, given their property has been on the market with this agent for five months now! I wonder why!?
Firstly so sorry it’s taken so long to write a review. Excellent service throughout the sale of our house. Right from the start of the process the team were Professional, Knowledgeable and importantly very friendly. The marketing of the house the photographs taken showed our house at its very best. Everyone at Philip Martin has been a pleasure to deal with. Our purhase took a lot of time, not their fault, and the team were on hand throughout to give us updates, answer our many questions. They happily arranged a couple of visits by us pre-completion and supported the visits, some at short notice, for various surveys and pressing repairs.
