I wasn't given the full price until after the work had been done. A surprise invoice, of over £200 more than I was expecting. There was zero room for compromise. Almost £700 for two skinny bits of glass. I feel well and truly mugged. As soon as I questioned the price, Anna's communication became aggressive and spiteful. Anna is a real professional and a master in her trade.. She takes pride of her work and obviously enjoy what she does. She has a beautiful team who are highly motivated. As a Joiner, she supplements my work every time. No hesitation recommending her to anyone.
