Customer service is bad, getting someone who understands an issue is impossible.

I rely heavily on my membership, and even I will be cancelling as soon as someone responds to me. Which could be until the end of time for all I know. In the meantime, I’ll be disputing every charge with my bank.
These scumbags are charging members a monthly fee during the Covid-19 shutdown. The gyms are closed, they laid off all of their staff and they are still charging people for the services. You should not join them.
How could they take advantage of consumers in the middle of a pandemic! People have lost their jobs and lives and still being charged by this gym! This is the worst heartless company ever! I would never recommend it or go back!

I have been trying to cancel my membership here for the past month and since they are closed and not answering the phone, they are instead charging me for membership and ignoring my internet messages. Horrible experience.
the customer service is trash, ive called and emailed 8 different numbers trying to discuss my membership nd i have gotten an automated reply about an app. i need to cancel my membership, someone answer a phone, call me back or email me
They charged for April even though they knew that the club would be closed due to the stay-at-home order by the government. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
