Dishonest company. It took NY & MA Attorney Generals and a federal law suit for them to promise members credits -- AFTER they charged April membership fees while closed due to COVID-19.
This place is so shady. I stopped going there years ago because they raised my monthly amount without telling me. And got nothing but a run around when trying to end the membership. I will never trust this company ever again. Good luck to those struggling now to deal with this company.

They are charging me still...when clubs are closed? WSC better refund monthly membership dues
Why are we still being charged for our memberships when your store isn’t open? Reverse my recent payment and cease all payments until your doors reopen, or I will seek legal counsel and begin disputing charges. Do not give me the copy paste of your online program, I did not sign up for that in my contract and it does not cover the uses of a gym that I signed the contract for. People will remember your actions once this pandemic is over.
Stop stealing members money by charging them while gyms are closed.
Worst customer service, still charging me during their closure for covid-19 after I put a hold on my account. Also, David the Manager gave permission via email for me to use an elite club in Hell’s Kitchen during their recent closure (due to the building being unsafe) early in the year and when I arrived at the elite club I was told by their manager that the manager at sunnyside had no business authorizing permission for this. They have charged me while their facilities are closed. They even charged and fined my gym partner. It’s bad enough the gyms are a far cry from what it used to be. But to charge people at this time while things are closed is selfish.
