answer the phone when we call
I have been trying to cancel my membership here for the past month and since they are closed and not answering the phone, they are instead charging me for membership and ignoring my internet messages. Horrible experience.
They charged for April even though they knew that the club would be closed due to the stay-at-home order by the government. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
Just got over charged AGAIN.
I was charged April dues. Why do we not have the option to cancel or freeze our membership? There are many excellent customer focused fitness options in Philadelphia. PSC is not one of them. I will not be returning to this gym.

DO NOT JOIN THIS CLUB!!! My 1st bad review ever! The Staff and New Manager are 100% Unprofessional & Rude.. The Location is Dirty! They do not communicate policies or respond to you in any way, including a written email to the new Manager - that may be produced & proven. They just taken your Money, whether earned or not... They make it IMPOSSIBLE to cancel your membership & keep taking fees.. They expect you to keep your valuables in the Lobby & only 1 sex is getting to use the facilities..POOR PLANNING & a total disgrace. C... read more
