The club closed and they are STILL charging me every month, even after I attempted to cancel multiple times. This place is predatory, don’t give them your card info.
Horrible business practices . Charged during a pandemic when they where closed, had to threaten with a lawyer to cancel my membership . Fast forward to today , I get atleast 2 calls a day from a masked number asking me to rejoin ( I blocked there number after the cancelation ordeal) .

Trash place don’t give them you’re cc info. They’ll keep charging you for months after you cancel and you’ll call every time only for them to keep robbing you.

No way as they bill you even after you quit membership! Our attorney general has multiple folk complaining on unethical billing as FRAUD investigation is ongoing in Massachusetts

I have been charged full month on March and April. I was not given credit or refund back. I emailed on March to cancel subscription and was told it would be addressed when gyms were open. I have been charged on June 30th due to the June 22nd opening. I called to cancel on August 2nd was told they would not give me a refund but was told they would cancel my subscription. Do NOT join this gym. They are criminals that make it impossible to cancel memberships even during a pandemic. They are clearly disregarding the agreement they had with the Attorney General and will not honor online cancellation attempts from back in April.
