Had my 2014 CRV serviced. The car was ready sooner than expected. I have al ways had good experience with this dealership.
Took our Honda Pilot to them for warranty work , even though I didn't buy from them. I was treated first rate and prompt attention and had a service tech drive with me to try and duplicate the issue. Left it overnight and was called next day to pick it up after they updated PCM per bulletin . The entire experience could not have been better. Scott was service advisor and Clay was the service technician that performed up dates and rode with me. I highly recommend the dealership and its people.
Recently had a service done on my 2016 Honda Accord. I mentioned to the advisor that I thought one of the seam on the leather wrapped steering wheel appeared to be bulging or wasn't as tight as the other seams. It wasn't that BIG of a deal but having all intentions to buy that car after the lease is over, I couldn't help but think about how bummed I would be if that seem were to pop down the road when the leather got more stiff.
