I've always had a good experience with the service department and our latest fix of a SRS recall went smoothly and without a hitch.
I am very very disappointed in Phil Hughes Honda. My elderly parents purchased a car there, paid cash for it and have had all their service completed there. My Father is having serious health issues and is in Athens Regional hospital. My mother had to have the car taken to PHH because there was an issue with her key. She cannot leave the hospital because she has to be with my father 24/7. We ask if they would deliver the car back to the hospital as a courtesy, and we’re given an adamant NO. Took my car to have service done and my service advisor, Steven Lecount, was friendly and helpful. He gave me an estimated time of 45-60 mins and my car was finished in 30 mins. I would highly recommend the service department here at Phil Hughes Honda and make sure and ask for Steven Lecount.
I purchased my Honda CRV there 18 months ago, and received personalized and supportive service in that endeavor. They are so good about maintenance reminders; they have a great system set up that never feels intrusive. Everyone I deal with, from the original salesperson to anyone I speak with on the phone to all the people in the service department, are all exceptionally polite, respectful, and helpful.
