I needed a quick in and out on an oil change and they even got a defect corrected as well. They have good accommodations to work while you wait and I got a private cube to take a conference call. Everyone was friendly, even on Halloween.

While travelling from Macon to Athens, GA we had an issue with our Tire Monitoring System on our 2014 Honda Accord. Since we were out in the country on a Sunday evening we were very concerned about the outcome. Luckily we made it to our hotel in Athens and the next morning we called to see if Hughes Honda would check our tires before we got on the road again. We moved from Lawrenceville to Bogart about a year ago so this was our first experience with Phil Hughes Honda for service. We had no problem at all walking in and getting an appointment for the next day. The Service Dept was speedy, efficient and courteous and took care of everything we asked for. So glad we now have a Honda dealership near us to work on our Element and hopefully buy our next car from when we're ready to do that. Special thanks to Bill Carson for your help.
