The e-consult is a mess. Never mind not speaking to a doctor even receptionist can't help even after waiting 20 minutes for them to answer. This is not the way medicine should be practised.
I called and the lady on the phone was really rude and in a hurry to hung up the phone so she did on the first 30 seconds of the call. I got surprise the level of customer service now days was gone extremely low.
The best doctors. Were able to complete a request within 24 hours - very good at calming nerves. Also, the most warm environment. So grateful to be a patient here
This surgery is fantastic! I sent an e-consult at 14:05 and had a reply at 14:17 with the time of my appointment. I could not ask for more. Thank you PHGH
