We were there with our grandchildren Saturday night. Between the unruly children next door and the fire alarms going off at bedtime, I don't think we will be back.
Very friendly staff. Stayed for a girlfriend night out. We got the packahe that included Zanie's tickets, dinner, and Sunday brunch. Dinner at Harvest restaurant was good. The food was tasty. We got themeatloaf that disappointed, somewhat. The pork schnitzel was excellent. Both entries came is parmasan mashed potatoes and streamed veggies. Business response:
Next time you stay, try our tower rooms which were more recently renovated.
It's April 29 and there is no heat in the place. The Harvest restaurant was freezing cold. We left the Zanies show before we got pneumonia. Public area roofs are leaking from the rain. On our way back to our room an employee told us this used to be a barn. Still is.
Business response:
Please know maintenance is currently working on this issue and we apologize for the inconvenience. We do embrace the history of our resort, but are looking forward to the renovation to help eliminate these issues.
Business response:
Thank you for the feedback about the pizza. Our chef has addressed this issue. We do usually have security on hand during busy weekends for the safety of our guests as a standard procedure. Nothing to be concerned about. If you'd like to share information about the kind of specials you're looking for, please let us know at info@pheasantrun.com.
This resort has good bones but is in bad need of a serious facelift. Service is fine but the room esthetics are seriously 1990 and in need of repair. Prices are reasonable but this seems to be the reason. If you go in with the right expectation your stay should be fine.
Business response:
Thank you for your feedback. We're happy to say there is a major renovation in the works!
Amazing environment and perfect for family get always. My favorite part are the swimming pools and lastly the food is amazing. Definitely the spot we would highly consider going back.
Business response:
Thank you for staying with us. We look forward to your return!
Our room was dirty, curtains broken, decor circa 1994, pool questionably clean, but the staff was okay. They took a brunch reservation, kept the brunch reservation, but failed to call and tell us the Sunday brunch was cancelled.
Business response:
We apologize that you were not directed to our Easter brunch. The pool was being cleaned today and we hope to address the additional issues you experienced. Thank you for staying with us. We hope to deliver a better experience for you in the future.
