stayed on the 10th floor in the tower. room was clean n fresh...we had the Zanies package and was great....had a blast....also did the escape room breakfast buffet and dinner at harvest. would do all of them again with the exception of dinner....a little pricy on drinks and strange menu. but all n all we enjoyed our time very much...all the staff at everything we did was amazing and welcoming friendly.

We didn't have a real bad experience but there was a bulldog convention going on at the same time and the dig in the room next to us literally barked all night. I definitely didn't get a good nights sleep. My suggestion would be to put them on their own floors or sections without other guests around. A few other little things but nothing too bad. We were here for a convention and I have to say the food we are for 3 different meals was outstanding!!!

This resort always goes above and beyond for its guests. They took such great care of me and my fiancee for our anniversary weekend and on the day I proposed to her. The food is great, the amenities are awesome, and there is a ton to do so you just don't have to leave the resort if you don't want to. We will be returning and often, and a special thank you to chef Tiffany for making the night I proposed to my fiancee every bit as special as I wanted it to be!!
I was very disappointed. I stay in the golf wing at this hotel. It smelled of mildew in the room. Dirty carpet , hole in the wall from where some kind of outlet was. Tube tv that barely worked. When I checked in the front desk lady looked barely presentable with hair in her face, another grounds person digging through trash sorting cans or whatever with no gloves on. I would not stay here again. Only good thing about this hotel was the restaurant, Jambalaya. Good food and nice waitress.
