Great staff, very friendly. Loved the indoor outdoor pool and then the separate indoor pool and the spa! Great golf course and bar as well. The mega Center was hopping with an event, they have great spaces for meetings, weddings and other special events as well. I especially liked their focus on health with the farm to table Resteraunt and healthy vending machines.
We really liked it my daughter loved the pools the rooms were very nice and clean
My wife and I reserved a split level whirlpool sweet after our wedding. The apolsterey and furniture was old. The downstairs bathroom had a broken shower head with no water pressure. The whirlpool tub was dirty and we had to clean it ourselves. The upstairs bathroom doors didn't close properly and flew open whenever the AC was on. The carpet was dirty. I'd like to say that our stay was great since we have gone to this venue a number of times and always had a nice time! However, this time we went for our anniversary and our room was terrible...no door on the closet so no long mirror, toothpaste stuck to the vanity, and rusty gross tub! Plus they closed the pool and did not contact us to notify us at all before our stay. The staff is fantastic. They are very polite. My children absolutely love going there to swim, play in the game room, and do a lot of the other activities the hotel provides for children. There is plenty to do for the adults as well. Theater, comedy club, food, drinks, etc.
Had a great time , staff was friendly and helpful , we knew the resort is older , but it was clean . Only problem we had was beds needed replacing , soft beds equal a bad back in the morning. Definitely need to replace didn't get much sleep due to that we left early to get home for some sleep .
Great venue for a wedding! Awesome setup and good food. However, wasn't happy with the bathrooms. The guests who are swimming there left a lot of puddles in the bathrooms, and almost every chair outside was soaked. Maybe suggest a designated area for swimmers to go in bathrooms. To separate from wedding guests that don't want to run their clothing or slip on a wet floor (while wearing heels), like I did. Other than that issue, everything else was great!
