When they don’t ask how your stay was, it’s a sure sign that they get a lot of “well not great” responses. I have never stayed in a hotel where I had to shower when I got home. Dirty, dirty and yes hello mold in the shower and not clear water...My only positive experience was the awesome band that played on bourbon street last night. I won’t be back to stay, eat or even go for drinks. I wish I would have looked at the reviews before even booking.

Rooms outdated which makes one feel they are dirty. Phone didn’t work in room. Toilet seat broke. Bug in the bed. Hallways dingy and dirty. No elevators with all the luggage. Brunch staff not very accommodating to our group. When we checked out I told the person at the front desk. Didn’t seem to be surprised. Our group ordered pizza not the greatest and very expensive.

Other then I was a vendor at the bird show that was held Friday and Saturday and by Saturday morning when we arrived again I realized the window about the three tables I was hosting had a giant crack in the window so that explains why the place was freezing. I even picked up the phone and spoke to the front desk and the girl said she would send someone that way and never did. Many vendors and people attending the bird show were complaining. I had my 50th birthday party at Pheasant Run and it was a blast! Debbie Fields did a great job working with me and my budget making this one of the best parties I have ever put on. My guests are still calling me and telling me what a great time they had. Steve Meggos and his team were fantastic and Chef Tiffany's food was delicious! Al Moore provided us with a sound system that all we had to do was plug in our laptop for music.
