Understaffed and ill-prepared for their, "Spring break" event. Most restaurants were closed, tables and floors needed to be cleaned and there was a french fry under a bed in our room.

All of our restaurants have been open throughout the week with the exception of Harvest, which is open Fridays and Saturdays. We do try to communicate the hours of our restaurants on our website, at check-in, and throughout the resort. A lot of preparation goes into planning Spring Break here at Pheasant Run and I'm sorry to hear you were disappointed.
Here for a karate tournament and I wish I would of stayed at another hotel. Prices for the rooms are outrageous. Carpets are nasty the old TV's don't work half the time. Then my kids had to take there wristbands for the pool off for there competition. We went to get new ones and were told we had to pay 30 more dollars for new ones because we didn't bring the old ones back. I've been coming here consistently for the past 6 years for an ACSISA pool tournament. And I have to say these rooms are just not up to the standard of $129 a night plus tax. These rooms are worth $90 at best.
It was my first time here for the ACS tournament and it was amazing!! The staff was so nice and everything was ran very smooth. I will be back next year for sure!! Just one request, if there was a warmer place for us smokers, this place would be perfect! Lol! See ya next year!
