Worst medical office I ever went to. Staff is horrible. They never answer the phone. Girls in the front don’t have a clue of what they doing. They code things wrong all the time. Doctors don’t pay attention to you but only to the computer they have in front of them. Also, they rush you out. Won’t recommend them. To let you know, FMLA form is 50 dollars and simple forms are 15 dollars and they can make you wait 2 weeks for it. Everything ran on time, and I appreciated how organized the office was. I also received clear instructions for follow-up care, which made things easier after the visit. Overall, I felt well cared by the entire team. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for professional and compassionate medical care. Check out girl is AMAZING!!!!
The staff who greet you are very attentive and respectful. The concierge is extremely attentive and helpful to patients. The office is highly recommended.
