I had an appointment to view a property yesterday, the agent (Lisa) was 30 minutes late to the appointment. She then told me that the property had been reserved the day before and that she’d emailed me. But I know for certain that she hadn’t because I didn’t give her my email.
Poor customer service. We were verbally given first refusal on our preferred property. At this point we were expecting a child and told by the sales rep there was no rush and we could sign after the birth. When we looked to finalise (despite chasing, asking to place a deposit and not being made aware of another bidder) we were told the property was reserved by another party. Not the customer experience we expected from a business of this calibre.
