Had a boiler service recently,gas certificate stated that the boiler is not safe to use,I have emailed them,awaiting a reply
the company left unfinished work. I've been calling for 3 months and they keep lying that they're coming. I've already lost 3 days of work. I don't recommend them to anyone
Called in to do a gas safety test. Condemned cooker which had a lid that didn't cut off gas when closed. So then he cut all the pipe out blanked off and then took hose off cooker and said it would only be about £80 to reconnect when fixed. The cooker had a broken lid when it was fitted four years ago by a gas fitters. Every year since they put a note on about the lid. The lid is transparent anyway and is of not dangerous. We now have no cooker for a family of 4 and have to find £80 or more probably, to have it reconnected. A... read more
Its a dice roll. Sometimes they're right on time and they know exactly what they're doing and have all the parts on hand, and your problem is solved in 20 mins or less. sometimes they don't turn up or ring the doorbell and you get a nasty letter saying you'll be charged if you don't sort it out. Sometimes the engineer doesn't know what they're doing, doesn't have the parts, and they don't seem to share notes between each other so if they have to come back you're back at square one.
