No star rating low enough. Rude, disrespectful, ignorant and inept. They terminated our sale agreement but didn't explain with or without notice so have left us unrepresented. Sent illogical emails. When I complained about lack of progress was told "tough". Tried to instigate a complaint but was told they will not respond until I "conformed with policy and process" (I had already told them the nature of the complaint).
