Fantastic solicitors they have been extremely good, kind and supportive also the personal secretary.
I had a very negative experience with this service. They are extremely slow, rarely answer emails or phone calls, and are very hard to communicate with. Only the reception staff are available, and unfortunately, they cannot provide the help needed. Despite having all necessary documents ready, they did not process them on time. This caused significant delays in buying a house. To make matters worse, my real estate agent was shouted at because the solicitor was unresponsive.
