Some groomers clearly kno nothing about the animals they groom… n I witnessed a young groomer SCREAMING in a dogs face who was simply scared of the process!! NEVER again after years of taking my dog there will we return. I will say the lady who normally grooms him is amazing but the treatment I got today from a total A Hole should not be acceptable!!!! The fish tanks at this location are not maintained properly. They are so dirty that I’m very reluctant to purchase fish here. But they were the only place that had some Black Kuhlis. You probably want to quarantine and medicate any fish bought here. Petco’s tanks are much cleaner. I don’t think it would be too difficult to vacuum the gravel occasionally.
I had a really great experience with this store today, and it was all thanks to Payton (or maybe it’s spelled Peyton? Not sure)I just got done at the vet for my 90lbs puppy, Bowser, and my husband so kindly texted to remind me that we needed replacement of our litter tray for our cat at home. Worst grooming service ever. I do not recommend this Petsmart. Had my dog for 4 hours and did not do what I asked for. I asked for haircut. They gave him a bath and some lame excuse why they didn't give him a haircut. Complete waste of 4 hours and $25. Had to schedule an appointment with a different groomer. HORRIBLE AND RUDE
Dr. Jang is the best vet ever. I highly recommend him for your pets.
Took my pup to be groomed. I had went to another location and was not satisfied for what it paid. BUT I thought they are willing to work my pup in so I have it a shot and GLAD I did. Tasha was wonderful, all her staff were friendly and seemed happy to be at work. The lady who checked me out was so nice in the hotel area. It was great to see a group so happy and at tentative to customers. My dog looked amazing! (This was I 55 location)
I took my puppy in to get groomed and Darrin did the most amazing job! He has cut all my dogs and does the best job ever!
