I worked with lady's of catsrus...had a lot of fun with them and petsmarts employees we're fun to be around. Love to do it again.
They were too rough with my baby, Sofia, my dachshund. She's usually a very happy go lucky dog. When I picked her up last time, she came home all mopie and didn't want to be touched!! Even when I just drive by there since, she starts to get all shaky and scared. She will NEVER get groomed there again!!!

Not very knowledgeable. Tried telling me I didn't know what I was doing with my aquarium that the fish I have are against Petsmart policy to mix in a tank. They are all chiclids but employee didn't know they were. She sells fish so she needs to know
Left , went to Petco ....no customer service to speak of at Pet Smart!
