I do not recommend this location, they are super wasteful maybe corporate's fault, but no need to throw away brand new items in the dumpster that have tags on them... they have now locked their dumpster so no one can take anything out, people can jump in though the top and break a lock, not saying I will but I will not support a store who does so much damage to the planet.
RecommendedSo i have a therapy dog because i have ptsd and anxiety. I went to get the dog groomed because she had gotten too fuzzy and they told me i hadnt chosen the correct service online for my appointment. Upset i accidentally yelled "bullshit" because i also have turrett syndrome. My poor dog just needs a haircut. Dont people understand mental illness? The dog helps me so much and now i cant even treat her to a nice haircut.

The grooming department is horrible. I wanted my turn outside for 10-15 mins waiting to check my brothers dog in and once it was my turn I waited inside for the girl who was suppose to check us in as she stood there and drank her coffee and put her phone at her spot then when she finally decided to check us in I had to get a copy of my brothers dogs rabbi shot and he sent it with the date he had it done but that wasn’t enough they needed it to say an expiration date even tho … See more
I've had a few issues this year with this store. I just learned that I was charged too much on Saturday. I bought 70 cans if cat food and got a discount. I also bought 2 packs of Savory Sticks, each $1.85 and 2 Fancy Feast salmon filets, each $2.09. I was busy all weekend and just saw that I was charged 4 for each item. I should have checked the receipt but I also expect the checkout people doing their job. I'm afraid that you just lost a customer

I’ve been going to Petsmart for a while to get crickets. For months i have been asking for 80-100 i only receive 20-30 and still pay the price for 80-100. Very disappointing to not get what i pay for.
No response to why you had a live parakeet in the dumpster. Train your employees on animal cruelty prevention. This is why pets shouldn't be sold for profit. Because it ALWAYS leads to animal cruelty!
